My name is Stefano, I 22 Since I was a kid and I always practiced many sports, from football to tennis, from swimming to skiing, both competitive amateur level, so I've never had weight problems "if so it can be said, but I've always had a rather dry.
But in September 2012 I decided to change: I weighed 70 kg and I wanted to swell that my puny enough physical putting on some muscle and so I enrolled at the gym HEALTH CITY in Milan.
Having never done gym, I didn't know clearly where to start, but fortunately I met Ezra Charles, Personal Trainer and awesome guy that, After a quick check to evaluate my physical state, I prepared a table of custom training to start and gave me the first nutritional advice to help me in my lens (attention: not a diet or any distortion in my power supply, but only a few small qualitative and quantitative device during meals throughout the day!).
I was just happily impressed by seriousness, professionalism, commitment, availability and passion put into his work and genuine desire to help me in achieving my goal that I could glimpse each lesson together, so I decided to follow her advice blindly trusting of his experience ... ever choice turned out to be happier!!! Within only four months my body changed and at the end of the first phase of the programme (for muscle growth) I weighed 83kg and had practically doubled my muscle mass!!! And after the second phase of the programme (in order to dry and call myself) I had stabilized at an altitude 80kg(!!!), lost 3 kg of fat and keeping muscle mass intact (see the picture for yourself)!
Within 10 months I had already reached my goal!!!
Clearly behind this result there was a strong commitment, hard work and total dedication to Gigi, but I wouldn't be able to achieve these results in so little time if I had been constantly close carefully and seriously follow us during all those months, spronandomi to give maximum, correcting me where was wrong or bad I was following the exercises, periodically checking my improvements and managing to make stimulants the hours in the gym, giving me constantly new and different exercises each other.
In addition to being revealed an excellent personal trainer, It is also a fantastic person with whom I spend moments of relaxation and leisure activities outside the gym, What that has led us to establish, more than just a professional relationship, a real friendship.
But that's not all, because thanks to the advice of Gigi I can claim to have also improved my health: I had always heard about the importance of a healthy and balanced diet, so much so that I have always limited the consumption of food and beverages "junk", but I had never balanced food reports in various meals as well as advised me Vargo. well I literally open a new world!!
I noticed right away the difference than before, because I had a lot more energy and strength throughout the day, I was less tired in the evening and most of all I felt more healthy and better with myself; It's no coincidence Hippocrates, father of medicine, He said "Let food be your medicine”….!!!
(N.B. Ah it is clear that I allow myself the deserved rewards for my efforts! I did not deleted sweets, alcohol, etc ... in fact, I continue to eat and drink safely, but with the difference that now when mid-afternoon I am hunger, I prefer a nice fresh fruit or a sandwich with bresaola instead of a snack!)
